Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every order. Since each item is handcrafted and personalized specifically for your baby, our return policy is designed to protect both the customer experience and the custom nature of our products.


Personalized Items (Custom Name Sweaters)

Because personalized sweaters are made-to-order and created uniquely for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size chosen

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect color chosen

  • Customization changes after production begins

However:

If your product arrives defective or incorrect, we fix it.

If we make a mistake — such as:

  • Wrong name embroidered

  • Wrong color used

  • Wrong size produced

  • Incorrect design

  • Visible defects

  • Damaged item on arrival

We will remake the sweater for free, at no extra cost.

You will not need to return the original item in cases of clear production error.


Non-Personalized Items

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • If the mistake is ours: We cover all return/replacement costs.

  • If the mistake is not related to our production: The customer covers return shipping (non-personalized items only).


Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description

We respond quickly and will resolve the situation as smoothly as possible.


Why We Can’t Accept Returns on Personalized Orders

Each personalized sweater is made specifically for the name, colors, and design you choose. Since these items cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns unless there is a production error.

We appreciate your understanding and promise to handle every order with care.
